Please ensure you are factoring in Standard Order Fulfillment Timing as well as carrier Shipping/Transit Time.
Standard Order Fulfillment Timing
All orders are fulfilled by Reyes Retail Services.

Logoed products: typically ship within 6–9 working business days from the date the order is placed.

Non-logoed products: typically ship within 4–6 working business days from the date the order is placed.

Custom, personalized, special-order, or out-of-stock items: typically ship within 10–15 working business days from the date of artwork or order approval. Our team will confirm custom or special-order details via email before production begins.
Working business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Reyes Retail Services will ship via standard ground shipping unless another method is purchased or specifically requested. Reyes Retail Services is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather or other unforeseen events.
P.O. Boxes:
If you require delivery to a P.O. Box, please contact Reyes Retail Services before placing your order. USPS will be used for P.O. Box deliveries and restrictions may apply.
Shipping & Transit Information
Once your package is picked up and scanned by the carrier, all delivery timelines follow the carrier’s guidelines.

Oversized Surcharge: A $10.00 surcharge applies to oversized items such as golf bags, travel covers, push carts, and other large products.
